Here is my report and pics from the concert with Katherine Jenkins in Berlin.
Hello everyone.
Back from Berlin with report and pictures.
The Meet & Greet was ok.....the concert was great, except for the smoke. Too much of it.
The rest was a disaster. Our tickets would be available for pick up at the venue from 5.30 pm because we had to be at the Meet & Greet meeting point no later than 6 pm.
As we were waiting outside in the freezing cold, a person told us that it would be another 10 minutes before we could get the tickets. Shortly after, another person informed us that we couldn't get the tickets until 6 pm.
Well, after waiting outside for almost an hour, we were finally allowed to access the venue....but without our tickets.
Once inside, the woman in charge of the Meet & Greet gave us the tickets, the VIP laminates and the gift bag. The bag contained a programme, a picture of the guys and a pen. We were informed that we could have one thing signed and we had to choose if it should be the picture or the programme. I chose to have the picture signed.
Finally it was time to meet the guys and we were shown into the room in groups of four people. We said hello to the guys and they signed our picture/programme and then we had the picture taken. Not pleased about my picture though.....but I will get another chance in Horsens, Denmark.
After the meet and greet, we went into the venue and waited for the guys to come on stage. They sounded and looked amazing. Katherine sounded great too and when the five of them performed Music of the night, it was just amazing.
I had been looking forward to Caruso because I wanted to hear Séb sing it live. And it sounded just as I expected it to.
It was great to hear them sing new songs and it was great to hear the ones they had never done live before.
I think that is all for now...pictures to follow
