Il Divo World Tour 2009 Chat Area

The group will continue to record under Sony BMG; the tour will comprise about 90 dates in its first phase and up to 150 total over two years, according to manager Peter Rudge of Octagon.
Il Divo's third tour will begin in the U.K. in mid-February, then hit continental Europe, Canada and the U.S. The group will then arrive in the Far East, Australia and New Zealand, wrapping up its first leg in October.

Il Divo's next leg will take the foursome to South Africa and Latin America.
"They've hit all five continents already very quietly, so this is just a continuation of that strategy," Rudge tells Billboard.biz.

So you will certainly see them in South America either at the end of 2009 or early 2010!

I will definitely be going to the Cardiff concert on 1st March

Hopefully another one in the UK and I would love to see the guys in Europe

Just for your information. Rotterdam at the 11th march is sold out and a new date is set for 12th march also Rotterdam.

Well I have a ticket for Rotterdam. Pretty good place, And the most fabulous thing, I will fly to Madrid to sightseeing and go to the concert off course row 2 next to the VIP area. I am so happy

Tickets for Glasgow are okay, but the Paris ones look really good

The 2009 World Tour will see Il Divo perform across six continents,
taking in many new cities and featuring a new large scale production. The
tour will kick off February 21st in Manchester, followed by UK dates in
London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Nottingham, Belfast, Newcastle and Glasgow.
Performances will continue throughout Europe in March and early April and
will visit arenas in Dublin, Belfast, Rotterdam, Copenhagen, Oslo,
Stockholm, Helsinki, Cologne, Stuttgart, Milan, Vienna, Ljubljana,
Belgrade, Munich, Berlin, Antwerp, Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Zurich and
Paris. Il Divo will then embark on their North American tour where they
will perform in 13 Canadian cities interspersed and followed by dates in
America including concerts in Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Washington,
Uniondale and E. Rutherford. Additional U.S. performances will include
concert dates in Atlantic City, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Everett,
Ft. Lauderdale, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Omaha,
Orlando, Phoenix, Portland, Reno, St. Louis, San Antonio, San Diego, San
Jose, & Tampa. Rounding out the year, Il Divo will also visit Australia and
Japan and perform dates in SE Asia.


It seems that Il Divo will be going to perform in a few cities close to me ... but they aren't listen in the tour dates ... why is that??
